Customer submits enquiry with list of products, Paraffin receives and processes enquiry by email. Paraffin may or may not contact with further payment instructions. After sending enquiry all further communication is done by email. Paraffin reserves the right to change the final price at any time.

5. Delivery

We will deliver the Products to the address you specify during checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the chosen delivery method. Shipping costs will be calculated after Paraffin receives and processes enquiry.

6. Returns and Refunds

You have the right to return the Products within 14 days of receiving them. To be eligible for a return, the Products must be unused and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
